When you make a booking with us you simply send us an email with all the details of what you want. We will email you an invoice giving details of the booking to be made. Once we receive your deposit we then make the reservation for you; then once confirmed we send you a detailed confirmation together with a statement of account showing the total amount due and less the deposit paid …. and date final payment is due.
Once full payment is received you will be sent by airmail the vouchers and itinerary for your tour with us.
Then you simply enjoy the tour and service that we are famous for ………. And we look forward to welcoming you again year after year.
